Dentist's Day in Brazil
Other than the jokes of the show, Rural Globe and the chayote plantation.
Which I invented. And the run that I didn´t do this morning. It's worth a read.
Even more so today with the cooking shows on TV.
The chefs are rescuing simple day to day food and transforming them into refined dishes.
We can also refine ourselves to better show our value.

Personal for those who woke up early, I ran about 10 km and went to watch Rural Globe.
They had a pretty cool story on for planting chayote indoors in crisis time using recycled containers.
Can I give you a tip? You could possibly even sell.

Of course not forgetting, speaking of crisis -
Happy day for us, dentists!
A profession as devalued as the poor chayote. When hunger presses, the chayote is salvation.
Too bad it's only valued in time of famine. Because it is much more than that.
Chayote is a valuable food, rich in nutrients and very important.
It deserves to always be a priority of families and one of the first choices for well being.
We however, do not speak of our value as professionals.
A toothache? And then we are as important as the chayote, in time of famine.
Only when it hurts they seek the dentist.

But it's our day. And even with this crisis, we are very valuable... even if not always recognized as so.
Grateful to all
